Anti-Slavery Policy

Puddy’s Vehicle Solutions Limited (PVS Ltd) has a zero-tolerance to slavery and is committed to preventing acts of slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain.

This statement covers the activities of PVS Ltd, a fleet vehicle solutions company whose activities include a supply chain of businesses to support our clients in saving money on their whole life fleet costs.

PVS Ltd currently operate in the United Kingdom, however, our supply chain of businesses operates globally.

PVS Ltd conduct the following due diligence processes:

  • Operate strict procurement processes on behalf of our clients, ensuring suppliers comply with all applicable law and standards, including those which relate to the Modern Slavery Act

  • Request evidence of anti-slavery and human trafficking policies in place within their businesses and share these with our clients, highlighting any suppliers who do not have the required policies in place

  • Follow the advice and guidance in relation to the Modern Slavery Act as set out in the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) code of professional conduct

  • Ensure that our staff can identify and report any potential breaches of this policy statement in a supported and managed environment, through appropriate awareness training of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

  • Whistle blowers are supported and protected through our confidential reporting process

This statement is reviewed annually and was last reviewed and amended by the Business Manager on 21st May 2018 and approved by Marcus Puddy, Managing Director.   This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes PVS Ltd.’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31/05/19.
